NOMA iQ Brand Launch

My first big brand launch in my role, a 9-month long project from planning to execution, and my "baby" that continues to grow, NOMA iQ is Canadian Tire's first smart home owned brand that launched in September 2021. In my role as the Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising at Canadian Tire, I own and manage the eCommerce site experience for 33 business categories & 7 owned brands across the entire Fixing division, including leading the online go-to-market strategy and end-to-end execution of 6 new brands, 40+ line review launches & 20+ campaigns.
